We hope you’re staying healthy and sane out there, and taking care of one another. Here at Boojum Group, we’ve been busy with some big changes and we’re excited to share them with you. First and foremost, we want to introduce the newest line of the Boojum Group Family: Boojum Med.
We were awarded our medical cannabis processing license in March, and are thrilled at the opportunities it grants us to continue expanding on our research, developing new formulae and brands, and ultimately producing high quality products that we believe in for the Utah patients that need them.
Those of you familiar with Boojum Group and our ethos know that research and scientific literacy are the cornerstones of our company. We are passionate about the cannabis plant and the positive influence we believe it can have on the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities, and our planet. CBD, THC, and the other cannabinoids are all integral parts of Cannabis sativa, regardless of an arbitrary division of cannabinoid concentrations into either hemp or marijuana. While we have seen evidence of those molecules being beneficial on their own, it is only through exploring them as a whole that we can begin to grasp the brilliant complexity and synergy of this incredible plant. We are excited to now be able to research, produce, and provide across the full cannabis spectrum.
As we move towards incorporating cannabis products with higher ratios of THC, we are expanding our offerings and will be releasing products utilizing unique profiles that contain cannabinoids at ratios designed by nature or improved upon by evidence-based science. Boojum Group will be offering an expanding range of products under our brands, Boojum Med and Mother Liquor.
Boojum Med was founded with a focus on health and wellness, and is designed to harness the therapeutic effects of cannabis to enhance relief and healing. The Boojum Med brand will offer everything from THC-rich sublingual preparations, to CBD-rich creams and oils where the THC’s main role is to synergize with the other cannabinoids present.
Each product is formulated based on the available science, and is designed to give patients targeted relief in a simple and easy-to-use format.
We’re also excited to introduce you to Mother Liquor, our newest line, featuring solventless hand-pressed rosin with true strain terpenes and cannabinoids. For the true cannabis connoisseur, Mother Liquor will provide artisanal cannabis bouquets and powerful effects for a complex and engrossing experience. We’ve been busy in the lab developing new solventless techniques that take our rosins to the next level, and we can’t wait to share this amazing process and its delicious results with you!
Not only do we have new brands and products here at Boojum Med, we’ve also got some new faces! We recently welcomed Dr. Chett Boxley to our team as Senior Vice President of Product Development. Dr. Boxley has a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Utah, and has worked extensively formulating personal care products and consumer products. We are excited to have him on the team moving forward to help elevate our products to the next level.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you who have been a part of our growth throughout the last year—we wouldn’t be here without you. We’re excited to welcome friends new and old to Boojum Med, and we can’t wait to explore, research, process, share, and grow with you across the entire spectrum of whole plant medicine.
